We want you to love your Wyze products, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned electronics must be in their original packaging and include all accessories to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the request and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your return is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

  Prepare the Package

  Place your Wyze devices, cables, and manuals back into their original boxes and pack them into a sturdy shipping container to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details to monitor your return's progress.
